You must have at least 6 VIP Reward Points to redeem a free VIP subscription.
Does the free VIP subscription generate CV or earn reward points?
No. The free VIP subscription does not generate Customer Volume (CV) and does not earn additional Reward Points.
What happens if I’m currently paying for a VIP subscription?
If you choose to redeem a free VIP month while your paid subscription is active:
- *Your current paid subscription will continue until its next billing date.
- *Your free VIP month will only begin after your paid subscription is due.
- *After the free month ends, your paid subscription will automatically resume unless canceled.
