What information will be used for my 1099?
ZiNRAi will use the information you provided in your back office upon sign up. You can check your information in your back office under “Personal Info”
Do I qualify for a 1099?
To qualify for a 1099 you must be a United States resident and earn a minimum of $600 in the calendar year.
How will I receive my 1099?
ZiNRAi will email you a copy of your 1099 to your email address on file and mail you a physical copy to your mailing address on file.
When will I receive my 1099?
All 1099s will be issued by January 31, 2026.
What if I need to edit my information?
Please update your information in your back office prior to ZiNRAi filing 1099s. If we filed with the wrong information, you will need to email support@zinrai.com. (Note, it may take up to 6 weeks to edit an already filed 1099)
How do I get a previous year 1099?
Email support@zinrai.com and a member of our finance team would research if you had a qualifying 1099 and send you a copy. (Note, this may take our team some time internally to send, please allow a few weeks for processing any previous year 1099’s)
What if I live outside the US?
If you are not a US resident, you will not receive a 1099. You must follow your country of residence tax laws. Please consult a tax professional for help and information.
What if I changed to a corporation or LLC during the year?
ZiNRAi will send you two (2) 1099s; one under your personal name and one under your company name.
