Positive volume is generated when a member places new or recurring orders. This positive volume is then applied and visible across the Mondays within the 28-day cycle tied to when the order was completed.
Negative volume is deducted based on the number of Mondays on which the original positive volume was generated.
Example:
If the positive volume was generated across three Mondays, then the negative volume will also be deducted across three Mondays, regardless of the calendar date range.
What happens if an order is completed and refunded in the same commission period?
If an order is completed and refunded within the same commission period, that order is simply canceled, and its volume will not appear during the final calculation at the end of the commission run.
