The “active” column shows the ability to log in to the site if they are a customer only.
If there’s no value (0) on the personal volume (CV) field, it means the member’s subscription is unpaid.
If the customer has earned a free billing cycle by referring two active paying customers, they are still marked as active, but their volume is paused during that 28-day period. No volume is generated from free cycles.
