You can process your payment at any time directly from your BackOffice.
To do this:
- Log in to your BackOffice
- On the Dashboard, locate the section showing your available upgrade (e.g., Brand Promoter or Product Access)
- Click on the Order Now button Complete the payment on the redirected page based on your selected payment type
If you already have access to one product, you will only see the option to purchase the other.
Access to ZiNRAi will resume shortly after the payment is completed. Note that we process payments every 28 days.

For Credit Card Payments:
If your payment didn’t go through, please contact your bank to confirm if there are no restrictions and that the payment is authorized before trying again.
For Crypto Payments:
If your crypto payment was sent after the invoice expired, please get in touch with Zinrai support for further review.
