What is the “Assign New Payment” feature?
The Assign New Payment feature allows members to either:
Create a New Account – Enroll a new member under your organization
Gift to Downline Member – Pay for an existing member’s subscription directly.
You can access this option in your Back Office by going to Billing → New Payment.
What happens if I choose “Create a New Account”?
If you select Create a New Account, you’ll need to:
Select the referral partner or sponsor and the member’s date of birth.
Proceed with the usual payment process to complete the new member’s enrollment.
Once the account is created, the new member will need to:
Log in to their Back Office for the first time, and
Sign the Terms & Conditions and Policies to activate their account.
What happens if I choose “Gift to Downline Member”?
If you select Gift to Downline Member, you’ll:
Choose the downline member you want to gift the subscription to.
You’ll also have two payment options:
One-Time Payment - Pay once for the member’s subscription.
Subscription - Set up a recurring payment using your payment details, which will renew automatically based on the subscription cycle.
Can I use this option for any member?
No. You can only gift subscriptions to members within your downline.
