What is PayQuicker?
PayQuicker, an innovative fintech company, launched its revolutionary mass payout platform in 2007, allowing its clients to offer secure and compliant instant payouts to their participants globally with pre-paid debit cards, all through a single point of integration. Our industry solutions allow you to make payouts locally and around the globe. PayQuicker offers a fully customizable, client-branded experience and our advanced technology becomes our client’s competitive advantage.
To activate, please follow the instructions below:
- Login to Zinrai.com
- Go to “My Profile”
- Select “Payout Method”
- Choose "Connect with PayQuicker" to complete the setup.
Important Note: You will receive an email notification when your first commission payment is made. The email will come from no-reply@payquicker.com and include a link to register for your Zinrai Payquicker Commission Account.
Minimum Commissions for PayQuicker payments is $50.
There is a one-time fee of $19.95 to set up your PayQuicker wallet, the fee will be deducted from your first commission payment. PayQuicker will also send members outside the United States a PrePaid Card in the mail once you verify your wallet.

How long do bank transfers take?
Bank transfers take about 2-5 business days to process. This does not include weekends or holidays.
What are the account/card fees?
All fees can be found in your cardholder agreement. The cardholder agreement is available at the bottom of the page when logged into your account.
How do I view the Cardholder Agreement?
Cardholder agreements are available for download at the bottom of your payment account in the footer.
When will I get my card?
All cards are shipped in standard US Mail and take about 7-14 business days to arrive.

How do I activate my card?
Your card must be activated in order for you to use the funds in the account on the card.
- From the main navigation menu, select Account > Account Settings
- On the Account Settings page, in the Card Information section any/all cards will be listed.
- If the card is not yet activated, you will see an Activate Your Card link.
- Verify that the last 6 digits of your card is correct
- Enter the CCV code printed on the back of your card (this is the 3-digit numerical code located on the upper right-hand side of the back of your card)
- Create a 4-digit PIN (Personal Identification Number)
- Verify the PIN
- Click the Activate card button
Daily Limits for Card Usage
- Daily limit for all USD Cardholders had increased to $5,000 per day.
- Note: Prepaid card and Virtual card both have a limit of $5,000 per day, if used separately.
- ATM Withdrawals (Domestic); Maximum of $500.00 per transaction, $1,000.00 per day, no more than two (2) transactions per day.
- ATM Withdrawals (International); Maximum of $500.00 per transaction, $1,000.00 per day, no more than two (2) transactions per day.
- Bank Teller Cash Withdrawal; Maximum of $1,000.00 per transaction, no more than one (1) transaction per day.
- Cash Back at Point of Sale; Maximum of $1,000 per transaction, Maximum of $1,000 per day. No more than two (2) transactions per day.
- Third parties may impose additional limitations and or third parties’ fee may also apply.

Refunds through PayQuicker instant payment
ALL refunds/credits processed through PayQuicker are subject to a $50 transaction fee - we DO NOT recommend crediting any payments through PayQuicker instant payment due to this fee.
Payquicker Virtual card
A virtual card is not a plastic card. It is a digital card used exclusively for online purchases. A virtual card cannot be used at ATMs or to make purchases at retail locations.
*Where available, you can load your virtual card to your smartphone mobile wallet for in store purchases.
How can the virtual card be accessed?
To access the virtual card, log in to your online payment account and navigate to the Show Card button in the menu. Clicking on the Show Card button will reveal the card information.
*Two-Step Verification needs to be enabled in your account in order to view the virtual card again.
How can the virtual card be used?
Virtual cards can be used for online purchases anywhere Visa is accepted. Simply enter the full name as it appears on the card, 16-digit card number, expiration date, and CVV2 number found on the virtual card.
PayQuicker plastic prepaid card
If you're outside of US, the plastic prepaid card is sent automatically, delivery timeframe usually takes up to 8 weeks.
