We understand that sometimes purchases don’t go as planned. If you regret or accidentally make a purchase of one of our Membership products or services, you may be eligible for a refund.
ZiNRAi offers a ten (10) day, 100% money-back Satisfaction Guarantee to all Members.
Except as otherwise required by applicable law, during the first ten (10) days from the date of your initial product or service purchase, you may cancel your ZiNRAi Membership Agreement without penalty and receive a 100% refund of all Membership fees paid.
After ten (10) days, you may still cancel your Membership at any time in accordance with the ZiNRAi Membership Agreement, but you will not be eligible for a refund of fees paid.
To request a refund, please email support@zinrai.com. Include your Member ID and contact details to help us process your request.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and account, in US dollars. ZiNRAi is not responsible for any international transaction fees or exchange rate differences that may affect the amount you receive.
If your refund does not appear after 30 days, please contact your financial institution directly, as only they can confirm the final posting once the refund has been sent by ZiNRAi.
