How to Modify a Pack
You can update your Pack at any time through your Back Office. Follow the steps below to upgrade or downgrade your subscription. 

How to Change Your Pack

1. Log in to ZiNRAi.com
2. Go to Billing section.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Open the Manage Subscription drop down menu.
   • Depending on your current Pack, you will see one of the following options:
   • Upgrade Subscription: This appears if you currently have the All Access Pack.
     • Using the Upgrade button on the BackOffice dashboard charges $65 immediately, and the subscription is upgraded right away.
       
     • Upgrading through the Subscription section applies the $249.95 VIP Access fee on the Next Billing Date.
       
   • Downgrade Subscription: This appears if you currently have the VIP Pack.
5. Select the option that appears.
6. Enter your payment details when prompted and click Pay.
   

When Does the Change Take Effect?
The new selected Pack will be Active on the Next Billing date.
