Can I change my username?
Yes, you can change your username directly in your Back Office under the "My Profile" section.
What are the username requirements?
When selecting your new username, please follow these guidelines:
- Maximum of 15 characters
- English letters (uppercase and lowercase: A–Z, a–z), numbers (0–9), hyphen (-), and underscore (_) are allowed
- No emojis or other special characters (e.g. @, #, $, %, &, etc.)
Can I change my username more than once?
No. members are only allowed to change their username once.
What happens to my referral link after I change my username?
Your referral link will automatically update to reflect your new username.
Will my ZiNRAi Live username change too?
No. Changing your username in the Back Office does not change your ZiNRAi Live username.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Your old referral link will still work, so you won’t lose access to previous referrals or links you’ve already shared.
