- Log in to your Back Office.
- Go to Billing.
- Click Payment Methods.
- Select Redeem Free VIP Month.
What are the requirements to redeem a free VIP subscription?
You must have at least 7 VIP Reward Points to redeem a free VIP subscription.
Does the free VIP subscription generate CV?
Yes, when you redeem points for the free VIP subscription, it generates 150CV.
Does the free VIP subscription earn reward points?
No. The free VIP subscription does not earn additional Reward Points.
What happens if I’m currently paying for a VIP subscription?
If you choose to redeem a free VIP month while your paid subscription is active:
- Your current paid subscription will continue until its next billing date.
- Your free VIP month will only begin after your paid subscription is due.
- After the free month ends, your paid subscription will automatically resume unless canceled.
